Hi all,I am beginning to put my team together and I was hoping I could get some investor friendly contractor recommendations who work in the Philadelphia area.As an aside do you guys and gals find it better to work with a general contractor who handles everything or would it be better to find specific contacts for specific jobs (painters, electricians, etc..).

If my painter slips and hits his head on the floor and ends up in the hospital, I could face a lawsuit that I'd likely lose.Btw, this is where other liability protection ideas come into play -- like having a business entity to own/manage the rehabs, which may help protect your personal assets in a situation like this.
