Real estate is strictly the area I am asking for help in as far as transferring funds internationally.

Blue collar first time buyers are going to require an entirely different marketing strategy than corporate execs transferring into the area.

However, we eventually wanted to move back to Florida and I decided to transfer my job.

Does anyone have experience with entity transfers vs actual sales of multifamily properties in Ohio?  

One of the officers I spoke with indicated she believed that the charges in the case could transfer to me at the discretion of the judge and that I should plan to be in court for the scheduled hearing, while the solicitors at the court would not give me any information as I was not named as a defendant in the case. 

Note that while traditional IRAs can be transferred to a Solo 401k, Roth IRAs cannot.

Also others have mentioned this also puts a cloud or something on title because even if you sell the property or transfer it to a new owner, the new owner cannot rent the units until after the allotted time based on the eviction reason.If you can purchase a property at a below market rate and evict the tenant for a few thousand dollars and sustain the cost of holding the property, then yes you're going to have some long term appreciation and potential rental gains. 

Unless Dad transferred ownership before passing, the heirs (who might not be who you think they are) will have to get a license to sell from the probate court.I recently helped a buyer with a property that they really wanted. 

There is no excuse for a PM not to transfer if they are collecting rents.
