I hear Minneapolis market. is Sizzling

Mike Paulson that’s worked very well for me.I bought a duplex in Northeast Minneapolis, lived in it for a while and bought a six plex while I lived there.I just sold it and am buying two more six plexesz

However, I have been exploring Minneapolis where property prices are much lower and yet there appears to be healthy demand for rentals as reflected in pretty good cap rates and low vacancy rates. 

I'm in Minneapolis and am trying to get the city to follow Portland's lead to allow non owner occupants to build ADU's. 

I still find interesting properties on the MLS in Minneapolis and Saint Paul.

I have a few commercial buildings in South Minneapolis, one of them is a take-out restaurant.
