@Steph Prince we have a couple STRs and I am starting to focus a lot more on decor/furnishings. 

I would spend money on decorating and other things to make it more attractive/fun.

I renovated a bit inside the units at a budget, I bought furniture, decorated and got it set up for airbnb all in 7 weeks!

... sharp, clean, tasteful, and with decor inline with what one would expect of a hospitality unit out of Miami. 

I'm not from there, but would say that we would choose a modern looking cabin over the dated log style and bear decor.

However the home is well kept with the grass cut, no for sale sign in the yard, and it seems the owners take pride in the appearance (decorations on the front door).

The shows were selling residential remodeling and decorating as a way of life, funded by the advertisers who bought heavily into these shows.But the latest addition to the stable of techniques on how to sell real estate is what I call "magic spreadsheets."

Two things we learned that we are doing now (a couple years later).1) Professional photos2) Hire an interior designer/decorator

Something decked out with cool car/motorcycle decor, garage or carport parking etc.

Houses, finding deals, helping people, home decor.
