This is similar to, but not the same as, the yield of beans in China, since China is the most populated nation on earth and the yield is much higher, (which is due to the poor air quality in China and why bean consumption is regulated) with the yield or output being much more concentrated over time.And, why hard money lenders usually don't chase tax liens in Texas, nor do they develop lists for investors to purchase with their funds as they rely more on the security interests in a property rather than a UCC filing.

Hi @Luca Dal Molin , Im also in Dubai and I work on the other side of the radio, air traffic control.Ive been looking at the Dubai RE and I dont thin its a good idea to invest here right now, however IMO this is going to change in the next year or so, due to oil price and possibly weakening of the USD which will make house prices more affordable for Russian, Pakistani and Indian investors.

But after we had tenants whose various dogs ate my porch swing, the plug off a window air conditioner (haven't a clue why the dog didn't fry himself on that one), dug holes in carpets down to the subfloor, ate the bottom off a closet door, chewed open a door and got under the house in the summer heat to stay cool and crushed a duct pipe and (in one case) were kept under the house so I got to clean feces and urine out from under there on my hands and knees....we rethought our idea of the need for a pet fee.Gail

The air handler/coil is a 4 ton and the AC and heater are 3 1/2 ton.

The county has to notify any mortgage companies of the pending tax sale and if they choose to do nothing then when the tax deed is issued the mortgage is wiped out.Pretty much the only liens that would be senior to a tax lien is a IRS or State income tax lien.All other liens are wiped out when the higher priority tax Deed is issued.I also have a good working relationship with my county officials.
