I don't think our detroit land bank sale properties with tax liens I would have to look into that. 

Detroit is worth considering if you’re looking for a market where BRRRR is still very much viable.

I have a few lenders who do but they still require some money from the borrower so they have skin in the game.  

It just looks intelligent to some people.

That being said, if you'd like to look at higher leverage on bridge/hard money financing for your next rehab project, I'd be happy to chat further. 

Historically used online software without much issue.Now that I'm looking at the settlement statements from 2004 and looking at a sizeable depreciation recapture hit, I came across a number of questions / issues:1) I believe in 2010 I incorrectly set my basis (I did not include the parking space and upgrades to the units - granite, flooring, etc.).

In real estate, that would look like some solid LTR and maybe commercial tenantsThat being said, there are still many opportunities in STR in many areas.  

But when we are done it’s going to look sleek and intentional.
