Basements are primarily for storage or maybe a workshop den type area...

I also have a small workshop for paint, tools, supplies.

There are many KW agents who are real estate investors themselves, and KW even has a power point presentation online for their agents to hold investor workshops. 

It was framed as a Meetup group and a "free" real estate workshop.  

From classes I can take to further my knowledge to webinars & workshops to help me sharpen my understanding of things.
