Hello BP family,

My wife is getting her RE license in the next two weeks and we were wondering which company would be better for her to start where she can get a good training, coaching, mentoring, etc.?. That way we can transfer that knowledge to our Investing career.

Thanks in advance, Marcelo.

Hi Marcelo,

I suggest Keller Williams Realty. It is the #1 training company in the world (Across all industries) and the founder of Keller Williams, Gary Keller, even write a book on investing called the Millionaire Real Estate Investor and two other Keller Williams associates co-wrote a book called HOLD: How to buy and hold rental properties. There are many KW agents who are real estate investors themselves, and KW even has a power point presentation online for their agents to hold investor workshops.

Linda McKissick is a KW agent who has been on the Bigger Pockets podcast as well, and she owns over 100 single family homes and she has a monthly webinar series through KW.

Need any more reasons why KW would be the best brokerage? :)
