NETWORK!!!

I have listened to many podcasts, networked quite a bit, and read a ton of articles - but at this point I am just overwhelmed/lost with what is the best route to go down today with the way the market is to cash flow because there are so many creative ideas out there.

My practice area ties heavily into the real estate industry and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on ways to build my referral network both in law and real estate as I plan to do some heavy real estate investing in the near future.

In your networking/loan terms search I'd reframe your ask, because what you are asking for sounds MORE risky and therefore difficult than another request.

We network, have round table discussions, as well as provide small presentations on various topics. 

Hello Agents, I am reaching out to get advice on how you built your network.

Not sure if you have networked with local REIA groups but having discussions with LA investors are buying locally or OOS would be helpful - this is what I did in the Bay Area. 

Fortunately, the folks referenced in this post are no longer a part of the HomeVestors network.

If you want to start looking into out-of-state investing, make sure to work with a realtor who can easily plug you in with their systems and network of GCs, PMs, lenders, etc.
