@Byron Baileyno pivot whatsoever - just trying to find good deals that I can add value toif monthly CF is slightly lower than it would have been 1 year or 5 years or 50 years ago - that's OK

If you are getting your license to learn a little more the classes do not give those tools, the real life work and deals give you that ability to cut your teeth. 

I've dealt with MUCH worse, so I'm not emotional about it whatsoever, but I am just trying to prepare as best as we can.

This upcoming Judicial Tax sale is for free and clear properties in Lacakawanna county;The properties exposed to sale will be sold FREE AND CLEAR of all tax and municipal claims, mortgages, liens, charges and estates of whatsoever kind, except ground rents separately taxed pursuant to §610 of the Real Estate Tax Sale Law.

One caveat is that I could not be involved whatsoever in the project..I can't suggest a paint color, swing a hammer or recommend a contractor.
