Make sure the envelope has a very clear postmark date - I like to use the self service kiosk at the post office which prints out a very clearly dated stamp.

I said that all keys were stamped DO NOT DUP and there was a $100 fee if the keys were not returned.

In some states it is $5 or $10 or $15 per stamp.

When you lift up the cover for the tank it should have a year date stamp on it.If it is a new toilet it could be the wax ring wasn't seated properly when installed.

I plan on printing all 23,000 pieces of direct mail (with envelopes) at home using a handwritten font I have but tentatively plan on hiring someone to pack envelope with letter and stamp (depending on how tedious and annoying it becomes, I also work a more than full-time job in the Military right now so I might just hire someone).Thanks for the compliment on the spreadsheet, I did make it myself, I'm a little bit of a tech geek so I know my way around computers.
