We've had a few cases in Canada where people have sold homes that don't belong to them and that was handled by the police.Selling a home that isn't yours (title theft, among other crimes) is a big enough deal that it involves a substantial amount of money and a lot of documents and harm to society.

If she has a Green Card she has proven to the US Immigration Service she will not be a burden on society and she cares enough to do things legally. 

And given birth to a society incapable of honest self-evaluation, poor work ethic, weak will, thin skin, fearful in human interactions, and a host of other social oddities now coming common and with presses for all to "accept" these as normalcies, and placate to them. 

Nuclear War, Biological contamination, a Carrington event, an EMP attack, complete collapse of western society, 3 D printers that can build a house in 24 hours, the caldera at Yellowstone blowing, the zombie apocalypse, the rapture.

The ratio of mail that wants my money, my possessions, my vote - compared to the mail that wants my time, my attention, my presence - tells me society has only two expectations for me: spend money or get out of the way.

It will do no good except to further divide a society that is on the brink of falling apart as we speak.

Because we live in a society that has trained them to have faith that a consistent pursuit of higher education will pay worthy returns regardless of whether or not that is true.Real estate is no different.

Unless they are desperate for money, which describes most people in today's society.

Perhaps it is the natural evolution of our society.

I find it amusing for those who note this is a red flag when a large portion of our cash society do not pay full share of taxes.
