I liked how I could sync all of my expenses and income from all my accounts.Please let me know if there's something I should try or try again.Cozy is the other half of my rental management but is transitioning to apartments so if there's a better or complete solution I'm still interested in changing.

It also could work if you can pick up the motel cheap and/or do the construction cheap.Also, be very careful with low-end motels because they tend to be crime ridden and that can be a hard thing to transition out of.But, do the work for your particular deal and see what it tells you.

However the room transitions is where the old hardwood floor has some issues of a rise or fall (haven't taken a measurement of the exact rise or fall yet, guessing < 1/4" generally).

Then find a SFH or MFH to purchase with a 203k loan and rent our current home to pay off HELOC and part of the 203k.Then refinance new home after a year to transition 203k loan into 30 yr. fixed.
