The last message I felt almost racial abused since he is questioning us based on our skin color???

Something dirty, smelly, dated finishes, awful colors, but all the major systems are basically sound, and discounted appropriately (or better) for the condition it is in ... don't buy it if they are trying to comp it based on turnkey ready homes. 

The more you stay in the landlording business, the more colorful stories you will have.

As you and I would never agree on even the color of the sky, I have no concerns here.

I almost made the same mistake again, but saw their true colors before I got involved.

As I said, this is a loose guide if the seller doesn't give me color or pricing guidelines on a loan level price level.
