If I had to have things repainted even if they paid for it, it would have been a pretty decent delay in getting things turned over.

This ultimately turned it from a great rental property to a decent rental property.At the end of the day I decided to sell it as a flip because I ended up moving, and with the way the market appreciated everything just worked if I sold.Nevertheless, my fiancée and I repainted everything, redid all of the fixtures, electrical outlets, light switches etc.

I repainted EVERYTHING, and did as much cosmetic upgrades as was feasible.

Repainted entire interior, replaced all light fixtures, replaced all flooring, painted kitchen cabinets and added new cabinet doors, installed granite countertops and 12x25 concrete patio on back of unit.

Our goal and intention is to restore it to it's original condition (Repaint, recarpet, revarnish) and improve landscaping for curb appeal.

refinshed all the hard wood floors ,  repainted all inside and deck out back.  

The paint on the shed was looking a little dull/drab to him and he said its time to repaint the shed.

To give some specifics, I recently got a trial membership of FlipperForce and practiced analyzing a 3bd/1ba ~1350 sq ft property needing full moderate rehab (re-roof, repaint, replace windows, significant detached garage repair, likely full gut inside). 

Later repainted everything white erasing all my personal color choices. 

I have repainted everything, had the floors replaced in the living room and both bedrooms, and made this apartment much more desirable for the next tenant.
