Otherwise you're likely to be average and I can guarantee you that the last thing anyone on BP or anywhere else needs is another average Turnkey company.Memphis Invest is a a green apple in a box full of red.

Red Springs has a couple in your price range. 

As a new investor especially, that risk level should raise some red flags.If you never actually get that 20% return, going for that cheaper property didn't do you much good.

I can tell you that the Las Vegas real estate market is red hot.

But I do travel a lot for work (I'm currently in Redding, California).I was attending FIU as a dual major - Biology and Chemistry but I took a break. 

In addition, the fact it is the norm to have the ACs enclosed (as to not have copper wiring stolen) was a red flag for me.It definitely works for some investors & they do well out there, however you’d really have to prove to me it was a good long term growing economy.

So they did what any other red blooded American would do.

@Calvin Lipscomb I would not personally take more than 2-3 hours to inspect a property of that size, however, I think the fact that time is coming up may be a bit of a red flag.

That is just fraught with complications and a red flag to be  honest. 

It prob wouldn't count as an additional unit as far as value goes but could work to help to pay the bills and may not trigger any red flags.
