But our particular focus is near the Med Center area, for the reason of Job Growth and almost recession proof economy centered around Aging populations needing more health care.Houston is adding 30,000+ jobs to the Med Center over the next 3 years so any type of investing ahead of that job growth is expected to be positive in the longer term.Do you invest in Houston?

Since your in asset protection business.. there is a lot of people on this site that think a simple one member LLC is asset protection … myself every time I have had a squabble the LLC is NO protection at least you still get named personally never have not been over the 3 decades I have been using them.. have not been in a ton of litigation but the hand ful that's what has happened.. usually  real estate recession or partnership squabbles.. not  GL type someone got killed on my property.. other than a few suicides but those we have no liability against.
