I subscribed to Air DNA and the town I'm in has a B+ Market Grade.

I want to include in my spreadsheet 3 columns for low end, mid grade and high end upgrades as well.

Turns out I went to HS with her unknowingly and my mom had her in 4th grade class.

Work comes at the expense of grades and if you go, you gotta get good grades!
