Hello BiggerPockets, I went to an open house for a property that was listed as a 2 family but with only 1 electric meter, 1 forced-air gas furnace w/central air and 1 hot water heater.

It appears to be a Goodman gas furnace with a cooling coil above it. 

- the CA ban on gas & diesel vehicles (2035) will put gas stations, oil refineries, etc out of business - so unemployed gas station employees, oil field workers & mechanics; closed gas stations, repair shops & car dealerships (a new blight of abandoned commercial RE?

It costs significantly more to heat with oil than it does with natural gas.

All units have natural gas heat (there are 4 furnaces for the 7 units).

And these numbers don’t include extras like gas or insurance.

Fully renovated the project from top to bottom- renovated both bathrooms and turned one into a master bathroom- added LED throughout - expanded the master bedroom- added an island and converted the stove from electric to gas- replaced the roof- replaced all windows- added a deck and new fence - finished the basement and took the house from a 2/2 to a 5/2- added concreted steps that lead to the front door- full exterior paint- added 4 egress windows- and much more!!

@Susana F.I personally would change it to natural gas at the time you need a new furnace but I do not think it will majorly affect your property's value.

The gas company came out last week to establish service. 

Gas up and take a drive!
