I have no idea what prices are where u live. also shop long and hard and get a good deal;) The things get good and they get bad but they keep going on I have noticed and over time adding real estate to my portfolio had added head aches but fewer headaches then a 9 to 5 job would add.

This deal has been such a head ache from the start I possible looked right over it but I thought I made it clear to my agent from the get go...But hey I'm a team player so I'll take the blame because its my deal and I should have caught it...I think I'm going to stick to off market properties from now on though, motivated sellers are way easier to deal with...

What do checks, ACHs, and wires cost, because remember you're going to have all your expenses paid for by the IRA which means you need to request monies out, unless you're looking at doing an IRA LLC which is a completely different conversation.Then all you have to do is decide what the best fit for your situation is.Let me know if you have any other questions, I'm always happy to help.Adam

I completely agree with the premise that an attorney who advertises a Ch. 7 filing as a foreclosure avoidance is no better than there debt negotiating scammers.

I may inform him there are delays in the ACH system and ask him to initiate a day or 2 sooner, but I wouldn't accuse him of being late.
