I was scrolling down after the first couple of comments that was incorrect and then bam two folks knew what they were talking about.So some HML are cool with a seller carryback, but would insist on being in first place.

Those alerts can also be seen if you mouse over the "Inbox" on the upper right menu bar and scroll down.

The only way that I was able to track this down was when I searched the topic Gatlinburg and looked at the various Posts and tried to remember which ones I had commented on, then I was able to scroll down and recognize my picture and find it.In an analogous way, Facebook gives notifications when someone comments on your post or replies to you, is there anything similar in BiggerPockets?

Raymond @Raymond B.Thanks for the helpful post.It's kind of hard to see all the names by scrolling down as it closes the window on my when I try this.I'm using chrome so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Since then, I've read as many REI and business books as I could get my hands on, listened religiously to the BP podcast, watched countless YouTube videos, and scrolled endlessly through the BP forums.
