I have had similar issues with families on occasion.VRBO is just a platform, they don't go out of their way to cater to groups of workers.

When we have a resident provide us fake or insufficient evidence of an ESA, we never explain why because we do not want to train them how to get evidence that looks legit. 

Luckily I am starting out with almost all of those boxes checked off already, however I am considering possibly making the bathroom a little bigger since the shower is at best 30x25" and the toilet is in this little nook that is raised up on a small platform (i'm sure its because the main line to the sewer is on the other side of the house).

I just use an online platform to collect rents automatically. 

Just a heads up that if you do reach out to too many hosts Airbnb will flag it and you run the risk of being kicked off the platform.

You have someone build the deck/platform, assemble the kit, etc.

I'm not saying Propertyware is the best and I do have plans on switching in the future as I grow but I do feel 2 platforms are needed to separate my management business from my total personal business.
