@Alan Casilla Both markets have great opportunities and at this point, you might be splitting hairs.

This probably isn’t the place to split hairs.

And to me the risk, however slight is just not worth it....even the weekly cleaning is impacted by more pet hairs, smudges, spills, etc.

However, we tropically start seeing a bit more bookings for early next year (2023) than we currently have, so it is safe to say the bookings have slowed a hair.

What I really liked is that I was buying the business and the PROPERTY at the same time and it included a smaller separate building on the property that had a hair salon and auto repair shop renting.
