I'm pulling my hair out currently with those tenants and property management is terrible. 

The lease was ultimately what kept them there and during a life change, wild hair, etc. and kept me from incurring cost of re renting the properties out.

A house as such has comps of $155 PSF in the same area/finish out/ size range putting us at a hair over 170k valuation.

I am guessing we all saw that coming.Once done, I will rework a solution with the borrower as a tenant or something and the second is out of my hair.

Unless there is some real hair on the deal.. would be my guess
