The issue with keeping it though is a relative lended the full amount of the home price at an extremely discounted interest rate (less than 1%), and I feel that the sooner I can pay them back the better.

Some may allow sooner but may only base the loan on the original purchase price instead of the current appraised value. 2) Do they allow you to take title as an entity and if not will they allow you to refinance with it being in the entity name.
