Obviously this is subjective opinion, but In my view I see millennials today that simply reject traditional values we’ve had in this country such as early home ownership and starting a marriage /family ,go to church ,have devoted career paths etc..

If you don't need the cash flow as income, devote it all to paying down the loans faster - basically still having your tenants buy you investment properties, but speeding up the process.

The downside would be that I would have to devote more of my income to my own housing, but the income from the 2 new properties would offset that, and would allow me to put money together to grow my portfolio.I have gone as far as running a property or two through the calculators here on BP with some guesstimates on the high end for expenses.
