If things go well, we will look into purchasing a rental for the LLC every couple of flips to generate more income for the business.This is my question: Should we put pause on the LLC/business side of things and just do the marketing and see how things go with the first deal or 2 before we jump in too deep?

As for the rest of your questions, without drilling down to deep into the details which I am not sure this is the forum for, the processes are quite simple actually once set up right. 

I failed to explain my whole strategy which does target the tax delinquent out of state owners of raw land who will sell at a deep discount to me.

A few people I've talked to find luck in the central Valley, deep in the ie, and desert communities. 

He too has deep expertise in this.
