Right now, I'm listed in a cookie cutter neighborhood, and a potential buyer passed on mine but bought the house across the street.  

And their points are usually rigged to make it hard to actually use them.

I just prefer the cookie cutter American Dream subdivisions. 

It is a cookie cutter copy of the one I lived in and currently own. 

If i was going to a cookie cutter sub divisions i'd play safe and quote my normal prices. dont kid yourself that contractors don't feel this way.
