Recently while repairing one of the doors I could smell that they’ve been smoking weed in the house.

My suggestion is to stop listening to the "experts" and take charge of your own decision making by learning the whys instead of the why nots.Oh, and when the smoke clears, my vote is nor REI.

You just gotta drive through this sort of smoke and mirrors.

The heat and or smoke from the grill may affect the porch cover above it. 

For me it’s first person who can pass a back ground check by a third party, it is not a perfect system but does flush out a lot of trouble.I rented to 2 young men who passed a back ground 4 years back they did about $2500.00 damages smoked a lot of weed to the point I had to spray a degreaser on the wall then Killz it then 2 coats of paint.

How much do you smoke?   

I know that pot is legal in CO and homeowners have the right to smoke in their place, so I don't see a conversation with the neighbors being fruitful or appropriate. 

I found a great family home in Baltimore that smells like old cigar smoke.

Also, it's only going to be a two-burner stove so not as much smell/smoke/odor.

This house was a smoking deal!
