About three months ago there was a case wherein some folks used a cell phone app to consolidate each person's portion, and pay their rent from there.

I would pay someone to trace those people, or at least look for there cell numbers.These are actually great people to go after because other investors have bought this exact same list and they won't take the time to find these people.  

.- yes, I have seen the same with local banks that have more than 2 brain cells, but only with commercial (5+ unit) apts.  

I am putting about $10,000 into it immediately, along with a lot of blood, sweat and tears (more on that later).
