Nothing against one man/woman operations but the reality is a single person performing property management flat doesn't have the resources to effectively manage many properties.

I visited the vacant property owner at his home, but he didn't seem to care much AT ALL smh  I asked him if he was interested in selling and he gave me a flat out NO!

@Brian Breiding seems odd for a bank to flat out refuse to refinance a property.

I was consistently closing on small deals for 5 months straight and then the last 7 months of 2018 were flat lined.
