Looking for a STR agency/Agent or Property Manager to look for properties to rent in the greater Charleston area, specifically, Summerville, Beaufort or Mt.

I'm specifically interested in "main street" properties with a downstairs retail space, upstairs apartment(s).If you know of anyone with this sort of experience, I'd REALLY appreciate the connection.

If you need a referral to an excellent agent who works exclusively with STRs in that specific market, I can refer ours  I'm an agent, but yes I am in contact w/ one out there familiar w/ STRs. thanks for asking. 

This would be cheaper and a better interest rate.If you want to talk through specific on the deal I am more than happy to but I think it would be easier by phone as there are always many details to talk through with each property.

I've not invested with 5S so I can't comment on their product and management specifically but I can say for build to rent, if you’re considering this, ask yourself: Does this fit your investment strategy and comfort level?

@Chris Blackburn, while I can't speak to this specifically, there are a few red flags I see in your post.1: A Realtor has to be a member of the national association of realtors, an industry trade group primarily focused on your typical home buyer.  

It varies a lot depending on install method, regional area, heck even a specific properties weather exposure. 

I don't know enough about the benfits of one or the other to advise him.

Please advise on the target rent $ to be listed out.
