A road is coming through from the largest Walmart distribution center in the world which will only be 23 miles away and Tesla is currently building a giant factory in the same area.

Why not buy one at Walmart then return it for store credit?

The advice I always give is get a store credit card or cards from Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.
