I know people always say we are forever but they say that about marriage as well.. so life changes and now they have to sell.in a non appreciating market that property may sell for 100 or 110 k or it may sell for 90k as a used up 10 year old rental ??

But i have also read that whatever you buy with your income during a marriage becomes marital property, giving your spouse rights to said house.
