If you have incandescent christmas bulb strings, those are sometimes used on trees to stop freezing so might work on the pipes as a temporary help until something more permanent can be done.

I find my sales skills needing some more work, I'm definitely getting more comfortable over the phone, but I'm still lacking in some areas, I can't help but get excited like a little kid on Christmas morning when I find myself talking to a warmish lead, I've been trying to work on that lol.

Shortly after is the biggest event of the year, Fantasy Fest which draws tens of thousands, immediacy after that is power boat races, which bring many rich folk, then Christmas, the iconic New Year’s Eve celebration, winter (sooo many snowbirds), spring break is always insane, singers songwriters fest, mile 0 fest and the list goes on.
