Im a Aussie living in Australia, i had 3 investment property here selling 1 now, buying investment property here it very expensive to get in and out unlike in America, instead of buying another one here would like to travel to America and over the 3mth period im allowed to be there would like to find opportunities to buy in the American market, to do this i need to find myself a team to help guide me in the American market it totally different then im use too, any advice suggestions on where to start

But I closed on a rehab that will make me 30k in a matter of a few weeks, got an offer accepted on a 6 property package, picked out hardwood, appliances, granite, and paint on a high end rehab, I spoke with an investor over seas in Australia, I signed a JV with investors from NY, I got to play with my dogs whenever I wanted, and at the end of the day I'm in a great mood. 

It's been on my list, but I like to visit when I have friends to show me around and my SA buddies are all living in Australia or the UK.  

My initial thoughts were for a property up to the $100k mark.How have others from Australia found the buying process in the US?

I was going to make the same suggestion as @Bill S. but I happen to know she's in Australia and I've used her structural engineer.  

If the US economy is tanking and residents aren’t going on vacation, then I can still fill my units with guests from Korea, Japan, Australia, Canada, and Europe.

Ask the people of Australia if velocity banking works. 

We are used to working with investors out of country from Canada, Australia and England.
