Very exciting (and nerve racking!)

I’m searching for my first deal and it’s kinda nerve racking

I know another SF Bay Area investor who is racking in $30k per month in the same area with high NOI.

It took nearly 4 months for the Big Box to make good on the repairs to restore the wall, wooden stair railing, and electrical switches that were damaged.You will be best over the long term to develop relationships with specific Contractors and Handymen; do not constantly try to beat them down on price, rather accept that they are providing you a good value (after an initial experience, obviously) and treat them like the Gold they are to your business.

Assuming you have a good asset creating a good experience for your guests you will can rack up 5-10 reviews prior to holidays. 

It just racks up when when its 3-4% plus fees.

Mirrors are good quality, so I can only think about white wooden frame around mirrors and white barn door (there is an office behind the door).

@Maurice Burnett I have got around this problem by supplying my tenants with heavy duty, commercial grade clothing racks with wheels.

Maine has a lot of old wooden homes.

We had someone rack up $30k in charges on our Lowes card using a fake business card, in a state far away from Georgia.
