Chicago Attendees, As we prepare for Cancun next week, I was thinking that it would be fun to organize a little Moon Palace get-together for Chicago-area attendees once we are all down there. 

There are 168 hours in a week.

It only takes 2-3 weeks to close on a cash out refinance so you can have the funds by end of October. 

They gave me the run around that it would take too long and asked me to give them 2 more weeks.

I had someone staying at my condo last week during Helene.  

I'm currently located in Northwest Arkansas (Walmart HQ) and just closed on my first flip a few weeks ago.

I closed a cash out refi this past week at a miserable 8.25%.
