My point is, people have to live, some people stay in "warzones" because it close to their job and they don't have transportation or family is close or its the only place they know or maybe they don't think it's a "warzone", it just home etc.

First reading your question I thought tenant was going to say she's building a greenhouse or some insulated contraption for a school...no.Bottles with sugar syrup attract ants and bugs.As I read your response maybe she has an emotional hoarder problem or no vehicle to transport the bottles.

My current method is to look at 5 key metrics to narrow down to 5 states and then narrow down further to 5 specific areas from those states- all in this order of importance :1- population growth/“opportunity”2- crime rates3- education4- landlord favorability5- economic stabilityOnce I have narrowed down further I would also likely include a few other potential things like public transport, specific school ratings etc.Is my approach way off?
