What is the best criminal/credit/eviction solution that I can use to check people’s background?

There are plenty of ways to run background checks. 

If you have a preference paying 0 points, you will need to establish a relationship with a commercial bank that is a perfect fit for your investing track record and background.

But what I do like is the FbI back ground and having to provide a financial statement..

Judah Hoover is really great with a good investment background since you dont know the area too well.  

The reasons being, rent by room is technically a boarding home style of operation, think halfway house, elderly care facility, childrens home, etc. 

I'm new to all this, but having a background in mortgages and finance.

While some lenders can get creative with income and/or don't require personal income underwriting, DSCR lending programs technically only apply to SFR 1-4 units and small multifamily (usually to 10 units). 

I have a background in construction and I have a construction management degree from the UW.
