They are not as distressed, look for stuff like single pane windows, older style of trees - there are several shrubs that were extremely popular in the 80s and are not popular now.. look for wheelchair ramps.

We just were looking for a place, in this absolutely gorgeous engineered community, with lakes, bike trails, 10 out of 10 schools, mall and movie theater within walking distance, trees, golf courses, underground wiring, all new building, etc.

Landscaping is a good example - we eliminate flower beds, anything that needs regual maintenance, often remove some of the trees (think leaves), favor evergreens over seasonal plants, boxwoods and globular arbs are our favorite for along the front and mulch beds get replaced by stone.

In my testing I actually found BookingAutomation and Beds24 (same product, different pricing scheme) to be the most feature and channel complete, but it was like trimming a bonsai tree with a machete: way too many buttons when all I needed was automated messaging, calendar sync, and a universal inbox.Additionally I liked YourPorter because it hit the 3 channels I need: Air, VRBO, Booking, had a mobile-first UI, and duped the messaging automation I had with iGMS, without charging me for every other channel I added on.
