First fix & flip deal

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Houston.

Purchase price: $95,000
Cash invested: $26,500
Sale price: $165,000

Purchases SFR w/ girlfriend to do fix and flip our self with help from brother-in law and day helper. We contracted out flooring, tree trimming, and new windows.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We were ready to get started with our first real estate investment, fix and flip, and this project seemed like a great place to start.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Wholesale Company called us.

Personal funds

How did you add value to the deal?

Remodeled entire inside of home and update exterior as needed.
