I date/time stamp my notes.  

ALWAYS take A LOT of photos and make sure they have a time/date stamp.

No health insurance, no food stamps, no unemployment benefits, nothing, didn't even speak English.

If you don't have the money for a professional printer, you may need to spend several hours printing, folding and stamping letters.

The heat combined with the intense sun (UV damage) would deteriorate and degenerate the wood, rendering it not at the same level that it was originally [Wood products are rated/graded, you will see this stamped on wood when you buy it and it is called out by architects and engineers]So unfortunately no, I seriously doubt that the wood is going to be approved.

If it's late on the 5th then give 3 day notice in writing on the 6th.Tack and take picture of the door with the letter attached if they don't answer with time and date stamp on the picture.Also mail the notice as well.
