I never understood how people can just ignore stone cold proof just to pick something that is proven not to work, just because of emotion.As for web presence and SEO, be careful., I have yet to come across anyone that does it right. 

Do Facebook marketing, PPC, SEO.

I think the wordpress route for a website is a fine idea because it has the all-in-one seo pack plugin, but it requires a little computer know how or have the patience to follow a ton of direction.

Just here to share my experiences with Cameron Dunlap's ibuyhouses.com buy your territory system.After paying 3 months at $179 for my "Territory" I have ZERO leads, I requested a refund for the most recent charge, which has not settled at my bank, and the customer service operator stated "all charges are non refundable"Apparently they do no SEO for the site, and they expect you to  promote their site.My experience with Cameron Dunlap is to stay away, poor performance of the website and poor customer satisfaction.There are many other real estate lead web sites, I'm not going to mention any here, look around Bigger Pockets, which will return way better results than 0 leads.

Option A would be to learn PPC and SEO.

This one has a program, that one a book, the other a secret SEO plan or a lender or another syndicator. 

From what I understand, this is just an online SEO marketing play to get referrals.

I don't know a ton about internet marketing but i see a lot of people talking about lead pages, click funnels, facebook ads, google adwords, seo  and a few others.     

SEO and paying for the adsense words can get pricey.
