In my boyfriend's line of work, the shift schedules rotate, he could potentially answer phone calls and handle any (immediate) issues during the week days where I could not.  

Looking back retrospectively, I notice that the Borrower also has another loan also in San Fran that mirrors what is going on here (in timeline to the month -I'm not in on this second deal):-12 month note; -Loan reached maturity early summer; Borrower declared both projects "behind schedule" over the summer, after note maturity.

Prefer a smaller firm where I can deal with the same person instead of multiple partners, and get closings scheduled fast.Thanks for any suggestions!

you will have to schedule ahead of time as far as a bp meeting, i have the same problem and cant attend cause it conflicts with my job but i will take off if i can find out early enough.

Hey BP community! I'm looking for ideas on organizing wholesale marketing campaigns. Does anyone have suggestions on a utility for keeping track of my campaigns and documenting their success?

When you're ready, here are some good DO's and DON'Ts when getting bids:DOWrite out a detailed scope of work that outlines exactly what you want to do.Clearly define what (if any) materials you will buy and what the GC will supply.Get multiple competing bids.Check GC references, call past clients of theirs and possibly even ask to see their work.Closely analyze each bid and ask a lot of questions on things that are not spelled out.Ask each bidder for an anticipated schedule for the work to be completed.Ask each bidder about their desired payment terms.Sign a contract/written agreement with the successful bidder.DON'TWaste people's time if you're not serious about hiring them.Walk the job with competing bidders at the same time.Assume that all GC's will see the work happening the same way.Pay large sums of money in advance unless it's justified.
