Frankly, your wholesaling gurus are either uninformed concerning contract law and licensing or they are simply scammers, scamming you into unethical and illegal conduct which really opens the doors to your personal liability, character and integrity being questionable at best.BP is loaded with opinions and comments pointing to real estate laws, especially licensing laws.
