Hello all, I have a small infill lot in the Sawyer heights area of Houston I'd like to put three small front to back 3 story townhouse style units on. 

You need to figure out your "personal style." 

She is already on thin ice for other reasons.Looking back I see some red flags of her drama inviting life style that I overlooked initially.

I will likely do townhome style units, but still deciding.

There are pros and cons to any style of investment and OOS suited us.
