There are foundation problem, a lot kf broken tile, ex and interor paint, instead of 2, there are only 1,5 garage. 12 light, but they all old.

You wont have to go in and make repairs/paint etc.

This home was in very nice condition, it only needed new interior paint and to refinish and stain front wood stairs and porch at entry and window box.

Sometimes the smell gets stuck on the surface and by cleaning and painting you can get rid of it.

I'm looking for passive income to hopefully one day replace my working income (I'm a painting contractor).
