This is the way standard mortgages have worked for over 30 years.There may be some psychological benefit to using a rolling LOC in helping budget your monthly inflow and outflow so as to pay off a mortgage early, but there is very little if any mathematical interest advantage unless you pay more CASH to principal faster...Again, the question, where does the cash come from?

I like the creativity behind fiddling with applicant psychology.

It psychologically sucks doing things this way but you are essentially just investing in the house over and over gain and saving interest costs along the way.  

Which is why I also tried mixing up the psychology of it, in some of the letters I mentioned how "I noticed it was in pre-foreclosure, and was wondering if me buying it off you would help you before the bank gets involved, would be mutually beneficial" type of thing (just a example not word for word what I said).

Which is are soft psychological type traits which dont naturally come out in the application process unless I have a facebook account or something to eyeball.  

To the guys who won't follow through with the final part of the eviction process, you have serious psychological issues about confrontation.You have an order for eviction, you follow it through.
