(But that could be a thread onto itself).Regarding the biggest issue here, using one bank account for only the holding LLC will save you a lot of extra admin work and bookkeeping, however, if I were a plaintiff attorney in a lawsuit where you are the defendant, the co-mingling of your funds amongst all your entities would be a easy way to show to the court that these entities aren't being treated separate and are ultimately an alter ego for you, in an individual capacity, and your structures (and underlying assets) could be folded into one big pot to pay out a claim. 

Old (like original) Playstation, tower air purifier, board games, and anything in the kitchen is fair game from silverware to crab pots.

There's a decent possibility of the unit not getting rented for your allotted time, given the way AirBNB/VRBO algorithms work, and you'd still want it to have decent furniture, pots & pans, etc. so you may end up spending more than you expect just keeping it in good shape.  

OTOH we have a few huge pot cartels here, makes it challenging. maybe im in wrong biz, but cant stand the stink of pot.

Some of the tools needed to play in the fix n flip or BRRRR arena's is the initial pot of cash needed for down payments and closing costs.
